VERY POOR IN SERVICE
Oct. 29,2020- I called up for the service of my freezer. Check up is 400.
Oct. 30, 2020 - Kenneth the serviceman, repair our freezer for 6,000.00 pesos.
Nov. 6, 2020 - I reported that this time my freezer is already out of order again.
Nov. 6, 2020 - the serviceman added prion, gawa na daw.
Nov.10, 2020 - Out of order again.
Nov. 11, 2020 - the secretary, Joan, told me that other technician will repair it. 8am-wala pa raw, 10am- wala pa rin .
May be after lunch around 1pm darating sa amin. Unfortunately 1:30pm, I called up, Joan told me their boss told them to go home because of typhoon. I knew this because I called up. Very irresponsible! Joan, must first inform me. Even though with typhoon, they can go to our place because "ambon" lang ang mayroon. Beside I told them my freezer is for our business, if you can not do this at once better return my payment ,even 50% . She told me they will not return the payment . Their policy is to finish the work. So, wait pa ako until friday (Nov. 13). coz baka may typhoon pa raw.
