Ordering System
I wish there would be an ordering system through apps like viber or messenger since I am always on the go person and cannot be always in front of a computer just to send my orders. I usually just do calls to do orders since I am always doing field work and a multitasker purchaser of 2 companies we are running. another ordering system like this to make convenient and fast way for your repeat customers is a big big help.

Thank you for your feedback, Viber and Messenger ordering is quite convenient to you, please allow me to explain why we are directing you to use the online web form. Firstly, messenger based orders are difficult to monitor, imagine the live messages that is quite difficult to track, we received a vast amount of messages via Facebook, these are live messages that we answer, any new messages will push the old message downwards. We are receiving about 200-300 and sometimes on a very busy day, about 500 messages. We have to TRANSFER the orders from Viber and RE-WRITE the orders, re-writing orders are time-consuming, we will not be able to cope now as we started our online marketing since pandemic, we serve customers ALL OVER THE PHILIPPINES, there were times that we were not able to open about 70 and 100 text messages on two consecutive days. The communications that we are receiving on e-mails alone are staggering, our engagement on Google is about 72 thousand on a month not to mention Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook, phone calls, text messages.

Other customers find the webform easy to fill, as I mentioned, it only takes a minute, given that you will copy and paste your pre-made orders. Our turnover time is not bad compare to other big sellers. We will consider the app, at the moment, there are so many things going on with less manpower and it's pandemic. Have we been late on the preparation of the orders as it seems that the only issue here is that you are having issues on your time management. The app is a good option and due to the unique circumstance that we are in at the moment, the web online ordering form is functioning 100%, this is far better than looking after and monitoring orders via text (imagine the number of mobile phones that we have, it's just too taxing to monitor). The web online form data goes to our worksheet and there we could process the orders easily. Other customers also send us an excel file which is easy to manage, the text based ordering am afraid will not survive in the busy environment that we are in hence we opted for an online order form.

We have to develop a better way of capturing orders and the online webform that will only take a maximum one minute seems the way forward. The web online form could be accessed in your mobile phone too. The app is a very good option and it takes resources to come up with that.
