WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
WHAT A NIGHTMARE! This company has a lot of red tape and their "confirmation" for every transaction takes up a lot of time that caused us significant delay and now stress and frustration.
Our family booked and paid for our tickets on January. One of our layover flights got cancelled on February and they haven't given us a confirmed rebooking until now, March 5th. They offered several flights at first, none of which were confirmed or booked. They want us to pay for the price difference due to the delay in the rebooking which was their fault in the first place. I have talked to 3 different people and they all say the same thing: that we need to pay again for a flight that we booked 3 months in advance. There is still no resolution up to now.
GIVE US OUR FLIGHT TICKETS THAT WE PAID FOR 3 MONTHS AHEAD PLEASE!
