Forte Realty Corporation - Makati City

Forte Realty Corporation (FRC), was established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 4, 1981. Its first mass housing project was South City Homes in Biñan, Laguna under a management joint venture arrangement consisting of 2,000 single-detached housing units. The primary beneficiaries of the project were Pag-Ibig members which included public school teachers, soldiers, policemen and other low income beneficiaries. FRC provided general project management, technical planning, buyer’s loan origination and marketing management services for the project. To date, FRC continues to service the management and technical service requirements of CDC for its mass housing projects which have accumulated to a total of 30 sites consisting of more than 5,600 housing units located in Las Piñas City, Cavite, Caloocan City, Tagaytay City and Bulacan.
