Our history started with the birth of BLACKJACK SECURITY SERVICES COMPANY. It was conceived a few weeks after the Martial Law was declared in 1972. It was decided to name the agency, BLACKJACK, the battle cry of the 21st Battalion Combat Team (BCT), during their pacification campaign against the Hukbong Mapaglaya ng Bayan (HMB).Our proud and rich history began with our founder, Mr. Ignacio Macandili, a man of high principle that exudes with charisma, brilliancy and with exemplary qualities of courage and self sacrificial behaviors.
