Good afternoon po. Nakatanggap po kasi kami ng disconnection notice nagyon but nagbayad na po kami yesterday sa mismong branch. Kasi po nawala yung bill namin kaya nag request po kami then diretso na po na bayad dun. Tas po ngyon nakatanggap po kami disconnection notice. Disregard na po ba namin yun?
