Reviews of Island Rose - Makati City

I paid for a bouquet of roses on January 30, 2014; it was supposed to arrive on February 14, 2014. I assumed since I ordered early, I would have no problem with my order. I assumed wrong. The flowers never arrived. I tried to call, no one answered. I have e-mailed, and contacted through social media. So far, no reply at all.

Failure of delivery and no communication as to reason for failure. Ordered 48 hours prior to needed delivery that was 24 hours before cutoff time. I don't recommend them for any online transaction.

Paid for delivery of a bear and a fruit crate and neither were delivered. The courier service supposedly could not locate my recipient. The flower company should take responsibility for this failure and the delivery service reprimanded for their laziness. Now I'm out 2k plus pesos with nothing to show for it
