BOLSA MFG. entered into business of wholesaling and manufacturing of novelty bags sometime in the latter part of 1994. In the early stages of its operation, the company ventured into the supply of promotional bags to multi-national pharmaceutical companies. It owned no factory at that time but engaged the services of sub-contractors to manufacture and produce novelty bags personally designed by Ms. Leah Agrava herself. With modest capital and meager workforce, the company supplied its clients with quality bags and other promotional materials.
