Reviews of Sampaguita Auto Transport Corp - Muntinlupa City

The drivers and the conductors are arrogant. They unload passengers on places they are not allowed. If they are on a right place to unload passengers, they rush the passengers. They race with the other buses if they see that the route is the same. I hope the management would check on this.

Our company hired a bus from Sampaguita Auto Transport Corp for a trip to Baguio. Before the contract signing, they showed a tourist bus that has two-seaters on each side but when the day came to leave for Baguio, a city bus arrived with a three-seater on the left side and a two-seater on the right side. What a mess! When you have a city bus instead of a tourist bus, as agreed upon, what do you expect will happen? Well, more than five times, we had to stop because the bus was smoking! Literally, there was smoke inside the bus! The bus that Sampaguita provided was not Baguio worthy. That is their first breach of contract. The second one is the driver. They told us that they would provide a driver who knows Baguio, that is only logical. Instead, the driver who was with us, don't only know the Baguio, it is his first time to be there! We lost plenty of precious time going around the place because the driver doesn't know where to go. A blind guide! Third, I think LTFRB requires that for long trips, there should be a reliever for the driver. Well, we had none. The driver was driving for almost 20 hours, he only rests when we stop at a place to take pictures, shop or eat. He must have been really tired that he did not noticed that suddenly the bus had no more fuel. What kind of driver is that? And finally, on our way home, we met an accident! A few kilometers out of the city along Marcos highway, the bus rammed into a vegetable truck because we lost our brakes! Thank God for the vegetable truck! It broke our downhill freewheeling fall. A few meters away is the cliff. If not for the truck, we all have been dead!
In brief, never consider hiring a bus from SAMPAGUITA AUTO TRANSPORT CORP! I don't what is important for them, but from what I've experienced, their customers is not their priority.
