Smill Works - Paranaque City

This dental clinic has badly disappointed me. My initial visit was encouraging but on the following visit for a pressing tooth situation, after having received a confirmation for an early appointment I arrived at the clinic with no dentist. His staff said he wasn't coming(?!)., had decided this the previous evening . I had left my mobile no. for any problem when I had confirmed my appointment but nobody bothered to call me. To worsen things, upon speaking to the dentist himself (Dr. Balze), he says he did come but 10 minutes late. So, why didn't any of his staff call me? He seems to condone the sloppy work attitude in his clinic and he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience for my empty trip.
