Never to recommend this place!
Not good for business or investment purpose! Renovations are still on going for many years now. No amenities available at all until now. Ang sama ng ugali ng admin dito . Nakikipag away sa residents. Personal office are not allowed to set up even we are on covid times. Specifically yong Sally sa admin. Aside from condo dues ,you have to pay LIPO. Not worth it. No swimming pool no gym at tower 1 nothing at all. Admin wont allow non blood related person as your companion at the unit. So if you are renting to cover up rental fees ,you feel sorry. Friends ,co workers etc ate not permitted. Exterior of the building hasnt been done yet for namy years now and the internal of the building looks hospital na luma. Unit cuts lang talaga ang maganda dito but other that that it sucks!

Not approachable admin people .
Bakit ang susungit ng admin dito sa condo nato? Matataray ba talaga yang mga yan? Ang yayabang! nakasimangot .nakatayo kana sa kanila parang walang nakikita! mag resign kayo kong hnd nyo gusto mga trabaho nyo. Kong mayayaman wag na kayong mag trabaho mga bwusit kayo. nakaka walang gana tumira! hnd hnd lan mabait yong owner ng unit . e full out ko talaga yong contract ko.
wala pa akong isang buwan yong tubig parating nasisira .mapaka inconvenient hnd ka makakaligo kasi walang tubig.
