THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER!
NAPAKA BAGAL NG INTERNET NG PLANET CABLE NAKAKA BWISIT KAYO! HINDI AKO MAKAPAG ONLINE CLASS NG MAAYOS DAHIL SAINYO! 2499 YUNG PLAN NAMIN NA INAPPLY WHICH IS 50MBPS PERO HINDI MANLANG UMAABOT NG 40 OR 50 MBPS NAKAKAGALIT KAYO! GUSTO KO LANG NAMAN MAKAPAG ONLINE CLASS NG MAAYOS ! YAN NA YUNG 50 MBPS NIYO? NUNG NASA MANILA KAMI TAPOS 50MBPS PLAN SA PLDT YUNG SPEED UMAABOT NG 300MBPS TAPOS WIFI NIYO 23 MBPS LANG?? BASURA NG WIFI NIYO!

sobrang bagal mag receive ng email...
ang main problem ko, receiveing imcomming mail, sobrang bagal, pati pag bukas ng website namin gamit ang planet cable na internet, maiinis ka sa bagal. tawag ka sasabihin ng nakakasagot aantayin pa nila heads nila. tas balikan ka nila, pero maiinip ka kaantay.mabuti pa data ng celphone gamitin sa pag receive ng email, mabilis pa. nag babayad ka ng ******** monthly tas ang service nila ang pangit, worst pa sa pldt.

Worst internet I have
Grabe, ung 25 MBPS subscription hindi man lang lumampas sa 4MBPS using speedtest.net.
Tapos pag nawalan ng internet whole day! Gagastos ka pa for a load of your secondary internet just to get your online work done.

Did someone pre-terminate your internet without paying the remaining months of the contract?

From bahay, to tubig, to internet, all these services from Villar group are amazingly WORST.

Useless Internet
At the first 3months of this internet so fast and after next months suddenly when we're playing or stream so slow. We're always paying on time then giving a fucking slow internet. The hell.this is worse internet

Billing Dispute
Applied for termination, then their linemen cut our cable, but Planet Cable (now Streamtech) still keeps BILLING us for months now. Their customer service assistants keep telling me to ignore the bills sent but the charge keeps increasing monthly! And they have not given us any receipt/proof of disconnection even if they have terminated the service already.

Horrible customer service. Terrible company.

slow internet connection worse ever
slow internet connection pati cable ibang channels wala signal hirap pa kontakin customer service nila..villar company na naman kasi pati gawang bahay nila dito sa cammella silang lagi may sira!!!

Pre-ternination requires you to pay the remaining months of your contract
We are paying around 3k a month for 75mbps fiber but we're getting only 12mbps. Their FB Messenger responses are not acceptable. Only advising you to turn off the for 30 minutes and send them a picture of your speed test using https://www.nperf.com/. After restarting, turning off the router for 30 minutes, and even using RJ45 to connect, it's still the same. And the rep replies with the same troubleshooting step. We just got the service installed in March and the router they gave is a refurbished one. I asked them to replace it and they said someone will come but no one did as expected. The issue keeps on repeating and I got tired.

I then inquired on how much the termination fee is. It's the MSF x by the no. of remaining months. WOW

Bad to the Bone from the Very Start
It took one month after requesting cable and installation service before a totally unqualified team showed up to fail to install our cable and internet service here in Tagaytay. The 3 people from Planet Cable had no clue as to how to install the cable despite the building being pre- wired for it. Another week passes before another team of 6 shows up but this team actually did know how to handle the existing building pre-wired cable. I paid them for 2 months of service plus the installation fee in cash on the spot. They attempted to charge me again for payments I made in cash at the installation. I had to photo and send receipts for those payments to get a correct statement of account. I received an accurate Statement of Account only after those photos were delivered. Billing is done by text and initially the account manager had me go to BDO to make the first payment after installation. The covid lockdown finally resulted in an email to send the payment via Gcash. Why a physical visit to BDO was required initially when the Gcash option was there all along is not only baffling but irritating. I have sent three emails recently regarding specific channels that have stopped working in our Premium service with no response. After reading the other complaints here about Planet Cable,the total lack of response and the loss of channels is no longer surprising. Bad customer service is a Planet Cable standard operating procedure. If you can get anothe service for you cable and your internet, save yourself a lot of grief and do it.

I agreed with you. Very bad service and no one answering the phone and cant leave any message.. Im paying 2,200 pesos per month and been one year continuing my bills no one used it and signal so bad, My cctv doesnt work because of the wifi connections doesnf work at all..

billing statement
ang gulo po lang billing nila..2 months pa lang kami dinalhan kami bill unangn month about 721php nagulat ako syempre bakit ganun lang so binayaran ko un ang bill eh.tapos next month dumating na bill 2 buwan na 3k plus naghahanap ako number nila lahat ng number ndi makontak.so sad.. 2 motnhs pa lang ako dismayado na hanap lang yata nila makabitan ka after nun wala na sila pakialam

I agree with you. Lahat ng contact nos. walang sumasagot. Gusto ko lang malaman kung paano ko mababayaran ang 6-mos advance payment dahil senior na ako, hindi makalabas at walang mautusan. Pag mag email ka naman, parang hindi man lang binabasa ang email. Sagot lang ng sagot.

Hi paano po yung billing system nila? i thought unlimited internet for a certain price and certain speed.. so i am expecting na fixed amount per month, tama ba ?

Typical poor quality Villar family business
Planet cable is a typically poor quality Manny Villar Company, has the worst customer service in the Philippines. The systems are always breaking down, and cable channels missing and not working. Complaints to local offices are ignored, yet the company still charges full rates gor an incomplete service. Their technicians are incompetent and so poorly trained as to be beyond belief.Its time the DTI took the company to task for failing to provide services customers are paying for
