Low Salary but demanding work load.
Little to No salary increase and no opportunity for promotions.
Aside from the mandatory statutory benefits when you are regularize, there is no benefits at all.
You have many bosses to attend to, no proper delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
Patriarchial type of management.
No opportunity for career growth and employees are not treated as assets but more of a cost of the company.
No incentives and bonuses whatsoever.
Lack of professionalism.
Personal life can sometimes be a topic even during work hours.
