A group of men and women of varied experience calling from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, Republic of the Philippines, who recognize their responsibility to our country, which is still underdevelope, devoted themselves to the further development of the Philippine by processing further our natural resources and promote the welfare of our countrymen, together they converged shared their ideas, vision, dreams, ideal and aspirations, seeing the hardships in socio-economic situation that we Filipinos experienced at present.
