The agent was satisfactory. Their collections department are so rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this financing company. They will text you 15 times from afternoon til evening harrassing you if you were not able to pay on time even if you already informed your agent about the status and she/he already informed legal department. They do not know how to run the business thereby causing NO REPEAT customers. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
