MCDO KABIHASNAN UNFRIENDLY STAFF ANICA
Ung staff na Anica sa mcdo kabihasnan , bastos at walang modo! Bakit kayo naghahire ng mga gantong staff? I think many are more diserving sa spot nya ngaun. Oh baka naman talagang gantong services ang inooffer ng mcdo, I mean ng buong mcdo company, ung sisigawan at susungitan lang kaming mga customers. Siguro nga customer lang kami kaya ganun,customer lang kasi kami!!!!! Tinotolerate nu ung mga gantong staff? Kung ganto lang din ang maabutan ko sa tuwing oorder ako sa mcdo. Hnd nalang. Hnding hnd na ako kakain pa sa mcdo. Hnd lang ito ang unang beses na nangyare sakin to same branch. Or baka naman hnd marunong magdisiplina ang mga Managers, supervisor, head supervisor ninu? Or baka mga bastos din tong mga Leaders na to kaya naaadopt ng mga crew. Paki explain naman sakin oh kung bakit kayo may mga gantong staff. Thank you and pasensya na sa abala.

worst cashier and staff - MCDO ORTIGAS EXTENSION BRANCH
actually second time ko na naexperience. sobrang ang pangit ng service nila. tho bumabalik balik pa din ako is dahil sa product nila na masarap tlga SANA. pero dyosko kung ganyan ka pangit yung service at ugali ng staff nyo ewan ko nlng mcdo. so very disappointed. we're about to order kanina ng burger at coke float pero etong c miss cashier inuna tlga si manong grab kahit kakarating lang. waw ate. and all ang dami nilang staff sa harap ng counter ngchichismisan lng at andun pa supervisor. waw. at ngsidatingan na din yung ibang grab driver.. at walang balak c ate cashier na unahin kmi bilang kmi nmn tlga sana nauna. ganyan ba tlga mga staff nyo? sobrang tagal ang dami pa nilang dinadaldal. so ngask kami ng mahinahun mga madam. "ahh miss ikaw lng ba cashier?" girl parang wala cyang naririnig so inulit ko. "ate ikaw lng po cashier". tapos sumagot nakasimangot. oo mam bakit anu po ba order nyo. (yung boses na parang galit pa kasi bibili kami) so sabi ko float lng nmn sana at burger. sabay sabi nya ng ay wala na. puro meal nlng sabay kausap sa grab. waw ang bastos ni ate. ayaw mo kmi kausap? any suggestions? edi umalis nlng kmi

pguwi nmin naisipan ko nlng mgpa grab ewan ko ba at ntagpo din na sa same branch pa ko ngorder same order. guess what. my float at burger pa mga madam. it means ayaw mgpaorder ni ate. bastos. so kailangan mg grab pa kami at gumastos ng service fee. samantalang nung ngorder kmi personal same branch ee meron nmn pala. aba magaling ???? good job cge mgdaldalan lng kayo.

Mc donalds Karangalan Pasig Worst Customer Service
Around 2am this day, I ordered chicken fillet ala king with fries and drinks, and burger mcdo with fries and drinks, after 30 mins Manager in the store called me advising that the delivery will be late due to lack of delivery riders and they will deduct the 100 gc on my bill, so I said ok. After 11/2 hour rider delivered my order, but when Im on my unit i checked the food but that is not what I ordered, so I called in the store, I ask for manager because aftr a couple of hours waiting thats what we get. I decided to cancel the order and have my money back, manager name is MYRR MANAOAG says okay they will refund the money and ask the rider to go back, but it took another 11/2 hour no one get back at me, I decided to call again and the manager says what she understand is I cancelled the order, so I ask her what is her understanding about cancelled order? Did I supposed to expect a money back or not? Then she said (opo papupuntahin ko na po yung rider pasensya na po uli) So If I didn’t call back I am waiting for nothing? Is this the kind of service that you promote? This is worst customer service I ever experienced, Store is Mcdo felix avenue cor kaginhawaan st karangalan vill manggahan pasig city. Just to clarify I returned the wrong food they deliver and You should do something about it.

biscuit and gravy.
I was wondering here in the Philippines why don't your store have biscuit and gravy or just biscuit? like in the US EVERY morning in my home city i lived i got 2 biscuit and sausage with 2 grape jelly and here you don't have any biscuit orjelly. So what i'm wondering are you ever going to start making biscuit?

Very low class management
I am Ranillou M.Idio residence in Makati. A PWD costumer in Mall of Asia. Just this morning around 11:45am. I visited your store at the Mall of Asia to buy Mc spaghetti with burger. Hoping that the priority lane is convenient for us.Since it was rush hour for the lunch. I was trying to understand one of the cashier boy whom he is not taking care the Pwd and Senior citezen line.For the four people with special card such as PWD and Senior citezen.I asked my self why it took so long yet almost 45min already past but our line is not moving. When Im about to reached the nearest area of the counter. I was shocked that this cashier was extremely over passing the Pwd and Senior citezen. He priorities the ladies in front of him which took him fast and give their needs. It took me irritated and get mad that this young cashier priorities the ladies while us as a PWD and Senior citezen trying to get our food first rather than almost 30 to 45 mins waiting just to turn his heads on us. Is this your way of teaching your store management. What a coincidence ! Teach your management well. The Pwd and Senior citezen have the right to prioritize us whether this is convenient store or any chain food store. I am very excited to eat my lunch but it turns bad and get my hypertension high. Even the one of your security guard holds my arm ready to scold me.Very Low class management and it seems like I was in the wet market not in the mall of Asia.

MC DONALD IN GAISANO MALL - ILIGAN CITY
PLEASE BE INFORMED ABOUT THIS MC DONALD HERE IN ILIGAN CITY AT GAISANO MALL - THEY ARE NOT DOING WELL IN THE NAME OF MC DONALD THE WAY OF SERVING A COSTUMER. EVER SINCE IVE BEEN IN PLENTY PLACES BECAUSE I TRAVEL. I LEAVE IN THIS CITY BUT WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS BRANCH ARE DOING ALMOST EVRERYDAY THEY HAVE AN ISSUE, LARGE FRIES NO MORE BECAUSE THERE NO MORE PACK, THE DRINKS ONLY ONE KIND IF NOT ORANGE, SPRITE, THEY DONT GIVE THE REGULAR ONE THEY ALWAYS SAY NO MORE CUP YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL, THEY DONT GIVE A FULL IN THE DRINKS IF NOT PLENTY OF ICE IT IS ALMOST HALF OF THE CUP, IN AMERICA EUROPE THE MC DONALD IS NOT LIKE THIS. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING IVE HERE A LOT SAYING THIS EVERYTIME. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY? I DONT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS YOUR SYSTEM BUY THIS BRANCH IS FUCKING THE GOOD SYSTEM OF MC DONALD

The McDonald's branch in front of Waltermart plaridel is serving a drink with foreign object or like an insect floating. I already sent a report and the manager said it is because the counter is near to their drinks dispenser. Wtf?!

Hi magandang araw po...ito po si jonard garnica service crew of McDonald's Aegis Cebu, RM (Vinzob baris borja) gusto ko lang po sana na mabigay na ang aking separation pay...kasi tapos napo ang aking pag exit interview.. At natapos kona lahat para mabigyan ako nang separation pay.....hanggang ngayun hindi ko pa natanggap ang aking separation pay...at Gusto ko lang sana na ibigay nyu na...salamat

I understand that companies such as yours want to encourage children to become customers at a young age. Hopefully they will continue to be loyal customers later in life. That is all well and good as part of your overrall marketing plan. However, do you really think that kids care what they sit on? They can sit on the floor and be quite happy. It seems that in your eagerness to pander to kids you see only the upside of this approach and fail to consider the negative impact. Brightly colored foot stools or other imitation squat benches that are being used in place of proper chairs might be very pretty to the eye and ok for children and students, but that is as far as they go.
Whereas young people and children may very well love your place and your food, you seem to have forgotten that they need money so they can go there. They depend on parents and or other adults to supply the money. If parents and grandparents and other adults do not feel comfortable or welcome in your place then they are not going to be very eager to go there and take their kids. How can you expect them to be happy or comfortable sitting on these poor excuses for chairs. On the contrary they look and feel rediculous like elephants sitting on tea cups.
You may reply that you do provide some regular chairs in your places of business. However, you not provide enough proper chairs or you reserve them for customers in your events area. So now you have created another class of customer that gets special treatment over your regular customers.
If you care to undertake an unbiased survey (such as I have) you maybe surprised to find that adults rarely chose to sit on these nasty little stumps. They will sit on them only when there is no choice. The rest of the time they will sit on real chairs if any are available.
For those establishments who simply ignore the needs of adults and seniors and do not provide any real chairs, all I can say is good luck. Many will not enter your premises and may boycott your stores.
