It's very surprising that this company hired me in very immediate time. I badly need a job even though I am thinking about on entering the company cause I am having a hunch why they are hiring people so easily still I continued because the office is very near on my house location. I can say that the management is very strict and add the fact that their hiring post is misleading due to fact I applied for a documentation staff yet I was their to become an insurance assistant and money collector in an egg distributor still I continue cause I am believing that we can learn on the process as long as you are exposed on it. Come by the time I am on training handled only by an officemate which is also on the process of learning I can say my job their is still not clear since they are keeping on adding and shifting what is the scope of work I need to do. Until one day. I was about to become a regular employee and to sign a contract to them. I was suddenly working now with 2 bosses with different scope of work. First boss, I am a secretary on a real estate which handles customers datas and the second I am a money collector in an egg distributor company and they added to check invoices and purchases. By that time I am struggling where to focus since I felt like I have a stone needing to hit 2 birds at a time. I also don't like that they are controlling their employee which color of dress is needing to wear and bosses are Chinese people they have a LOT of beliefs about which will bring luck or jinx. In total there are 3 bosses. The main boss (real estate) , the wife of the boss (the terror), and the sister of the of wife of the boss (egg supplier). Originally I should be under the boss on real state and I should prioritize my work under him. One day due to the fact that my work mixed up and I don't know which job I need to prioritize I messed on doing paper works on the purchase papers of eggs supply. I was scolded by the 3rd boss under egg supplier and come by tomorrow instead of giving a sanction or warning they instead get rid of me and forced me to write a resignation paper which I did promptly since I felt like I no longer have the nerve on working in the company. The main boss under real estate is a good man however he was not able to defend me over that egg supplier boss which is just my 2nd priority work. It is very traumatizing indeed. I just sign the contract for the job and now I need to write my resignation letter which I wrote effective that day. Their might be a trauma but after I felt relief cause the management and the people I work with are also not so reachable and not so friendly. Now I know the reason why they get people easily cause they will get rid of them easily also. I don't recommend any one on applying on this company. They are also not that caring on their customers. One thing is for sure they love MONEY
