Doljunts International Travel & Tours - Pasig City

This is the WORST TRAVEL AGENCY, I've ever encountered. Everything just all goes wrong and the staff either avoid you; and the situation at hand or blame it on the customers themselves. My dad actually found their ads on the paper and after looking them up and asking for a quotation we decide to give it a shot; just because it was cheap. The first irresponsible thing Ms. Dolly Juntillano did was to give me a wrong quotation for a flight to Halifax, Canada (one way) for $580 only. I asked her if she was sure... only to find out after agreeing to the price, a week later that she made a "mistake" and quoted me $805 ($5 for service fee for her)...Bullshit. But before I let my temper take over, I gave her reasonable doubt and agreed; sent her my passport details and paid the amount to their bank account. A week later I still had no ticket. She said it was because I gave her incomplete details and it was my fault because she didn't put my full name in the reservation. And this went on and on forever.

She kept avoiding me; doesn't save my number nor bother to update me on the situation. She kept saying that I didn't know what I was talking about and these segments for a multiple flight take time to confirm. Initially, I agreed to a full on reservation; then confirmation assuming I bought a ticket already...but apparently I was wait listed on all segments which she failed to tell me until I followed up. She says I'm confirmed on Air Canada from HK to Toronto, Toronto to Halifax; but not on Cathay Pacific which was from Manila to HK. Then after I was supposedly confirmed on Cathay, I'm not on Air Canada. Two months passed on which she couldn't get anything done. She'll give me excuses that she already paid the airline I just have to be patient, or I'd try to get updates and she'll put me on hold and talk about how I'm such a difficult person while I'm on the other line and I can hear her or leave to do something else. She's rude and has no decorum. I asked to speak with her manager and she says she has none and she's like the only staff for all the departments and the owners are foreigners who don't know how to speak English or use computers. She wouldn't even tell me her last name when I asked, but I obviously knew it already because she printed it on the itinerary.

In the end I asked for a refund; they said they'll refund us $800 because they will charge for service fee..WOW!! And now it's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten it. They're telling us it's because they have no collections??? What does that have to do with my money and seriously they didn't do anything. DO NOT BOOK WITH DOLJUNTS TRAVEL AND DOLLY JUNTILANO
