Urban Ashram Manila is the center for Yoga classes in the Philippines. Our classes include FLEXIBILITY NOT REQUIRED (FNR), FNR Athletics, Hatha, Kundalini, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, and many more.

For Urban Ashram Manila, yoga is a continuous spiritual journey towards health and wellness. We want to constantly understand this ancient philosophy and share our discoveries to the community. Our classrooms and studios are our sanctuary within the city—it is there where we find peace through yoga.
