FoodPanda - Head Office, Food Panda Hotline - Makati City

I'm suppose to have a refund for 2 transactions, as per their policy it may take 45 days max, it's been ,3 months now no single cents refunded on my accoun.

Some of the riders here in nasugbu batangas has a bad customer service. Especially the captain. He dont even have a capacity to lead the group. Some of the customers had a bad experience with the delivery.

I contacted Wendy’s hotline to order food. The agent said if there are no riders available, Food Panda will deliver.

After a while, I receive a text from food panda confirming my order and a tracking details. I kept looking at the tracking page but the motorbike never ever moved.

After few minutes, a lady contacted me saying she is already at the gate to del my food. She said she is from Food Panda. I went to the gate to get my order but I was surprised there were 2 ladies on a motorbike (which is not allowed because of pandemic). They were not wearing the food panda uniform and there is NO FOOD PANDA BOX behind the motorbike. 1 lady is driving the motorbike and the other lady was holding my order with her bare hands. Ther were not even ready with my change. And it took a while before the trk page updated as delivered. How did that ever happen? We did not even eat that food

Mark as delivered pero wala naman dineliver na food. I used a P330 voucher and mukhang pinag interesan ni food panda ung voucher ko. Mga animal. Tas ayaw mag refund. Gago.

Why there's no zero star , you have poor customer service and cant understand the situation even in English language. I ordered in Mcdonalds using my gcash card as payment and suddenly you charged me twice and placed the same order without asking permission in my end ,The store immediately noticed it and informed the first rider that picked up the first order and when they are about to cancel the order a rider already accepted the 2nd same order because of the long process cancellation and waited for it to get cancelled , When it was cancelled by the store I received an email that I wont get a refund , wow The store didnt even prepare for this duplicate order that your app did. Send my refund with this Cancelled order number: q4kr-4311,or I will post this in every social media that I have for us here in the Philippine to be aware of your scam. Dont ever use their cashless payment ,Its a scam.

Dapat may Pinoy nacustomer service kayo di yng bugok na Indiano. Walang kwentang kausap yn. Sabi nila di daw pwde senior citizen card. Aba dapat mawala na sila di sila marunong sumunod sa batas natin. Mandated dapat na 20% off sa food and services for seniors or pwd.

I ordered corndogs last Friday, July 16,2021. My rider called me saying he couldn’t locate my address even though I gave him my complete address and additional guides to help him locate my house. He called again after a couple of minutes and he was really rude what he said was “Ikaw kase ma’am kasalanan mo eh” in a angry tone then he really had the audacity to tell me through the phone “Dagdagan mo ako ma’am kasalanan mo kase”. I was really shocked because it was my first time to encounter a foul mouthed rider. Once I got my order, I just gave him 100 pesos even if he didn’t even deserve it because I didn’t want to make a scene. Next time please screen the riders you hire because not all of them are nice. Around 8:30 food was ordered. Food Panda acknowledged the order and was advised that it will arrive in 10 minutes. The order arrived after 10 minutes ????????????. Poor service. Will change my app

I really hate how that Boy treated me, I'm late for only one minute and he has the guts to tell me to hurry up. What an assh*le, it's just so rude knowing that he didn't even called me and I'm doing stuff so I wasn't holding my phone. This crap is getting on my nerves. This is his details Marvin Dela Cruz

my order cancel by the rider because is to far from my pin point house. then he told me that i can refund my payment. coz i already paid it. now all i concer, how to get my refund payment?

Dalawang beses na nangyari from the same store Minute Burger. Nung una pinagalitan ako ng driver bakit di ko daw nasagot agad ang tawag to confirm kung tama ang pin location ko. Tapos sabi e deliver na daw. Bigla sabi nasiraan siya. Gusto niya ipakuha sa amin order namin dun sa kanto. E sobrang dilim ng daanan na yun. Delayed pa masyado yung delivery time. Sabi sa app na pick up na for delivery, pero yung sa gps ang driver dun pa siya sa kabilang subdivision nag deliver.

Yung second ang ngayon, nag abang ako ng nag abang tas nagulat nlng ako sa app nakalagay na 'delivered', pero wala pa talaga na deliver.

I ordered on KFC and paid through GCASH. I also requested to the agent to have my order schedule changed but the agent insisted that it could not be re-scheduled and i have to have it cancelled. Agent assured that i will get a refund on my GCASH account right after cancellation but i never receive it.

Foodpanda also send a cancellation email with a note that i have agreed that there will be no refund on that cancellation which is not true since the agent already assured me on the chat that i will have my refund immediately.

This is just pure scam from the inside.

Don’t get me wrong I love using the app of Food Panda , but yesterday afternoon my son encountered this rude , disrespect & mannerless rider. He called me BOBO in front of my son who was that time getting the order from him. How can food panda hired someone who talks bad about CUSTOMERS who’s giving them job, without us riders wouldnt have money to bring food on their table. Swearing and calling names aren’t supposed to happen in the first place, he told my son I am BOBO because i wasn’t able to tell him I will pay 1thousand bill when it’s actually his responsibility to prepare change , right? He also said i am BOBO because he said he never said COLLECTED , in fact i told him to just speak in Tagalog because its just building confusion to me. He said “ I collected 272” and I just asked him because my son haven’t met him at the ground floor , it wasn’t really big of a deal but he called me BOBO. food delivery was good for the first few orders when I was using COD as mode of payment, since switching to using my debit card as payment rider always leaves without giving me time to check the orders. since then I had 1 meal from kfc swimming in Sprite and a meal from burger king missing 1 item from my otder. food panda does not even respond to you in help center. advice to all, never use your card for ordering to give you time to check your order preventing the rider from taking off like he owns the road

Puta!!!! Di lang pala ako kanina lang 8pm nag order ako sa foodpanda Iligan kasi taga Iligan city ako, tapos nag failed siya ginamit ko visa card ko so nag change ako payment method they cash at naging Okay. Pag check ko sa online banking abay minus 3x, galing naman nabawasan ang laman ng 1,161.00 FOODPANDA MAKATI pa hah!!!!!! Balik nyo pera ko!!!!!!! Pambili sana ng pagkain namin ng pamilya ko yan e ano nangyari magnanakaw tawag sa isyu FOODPANDA MAKATI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paano po ang gagawin ko naaksidente ko po ma drop off ung order tapos hindi ko pa hawak ang order,, ne cotumer tapos bigla nya kinancel yong order plss help me
