Yesterday my sister went to your office to have her car checked. Sad to say she was not treated well. Even a bottle of water was not offered to her and to think that she waited for 2 1/2 hours??? It's high time for you to check your "customer service." Although she noted that some of the customers who knew someone or seems to be 'VIP' were given drinks and the like...

Hi please check your on line phone, there is a nuisance interruption. I called three times this morning and te receiver apparently could not hear me well; so she would closr the receiver. As soon as the line is open, there is another line opening with a sound as if somebody is dialing.
