Teamagro Trading Corporation was incorporated last May 2002 with an authorized capital stock of P1.4 M. From an initial seven (7) stockholders, the company has grown to thirteen (13) at present. The growth in the number of stockholders is in keeping with the strategy of inviting one existing dealer or distributor of crop protection products in an agriculturally potential territory. Aside from being a co-owner of the company the chosen stockholder will serve as the distributor of Teamagro products in his territory.
