RCBC Savings Bank - Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental (Velez)

Hi...your service is terrible! My mother Cerila Fernandez Castillo,has an account on your bank where I used to love it ! When I'm there....but now it's awful...if we send money from uk to your bank on Monday they will have it by Friday! But if we send it on Wednesday don't know when will it comes! Especialy on holidays it's takes longer! I really don't know the reason what makes it too long.

3 years before its good but now ,not in good service! Please let me know what's the real reason why it takes longer...and we ask the bank in uk coutts private bank!and they said the problem is in your bank!

Money was sent last December 18,2012 from the U.k bank but until now dated December 26,2012 money didn't arrived....and it's always takes a week to arrived! Before 2 years ago since I was there in the philippines it takes only 2 days to wait the money to arrived,but now very low service! Since its Christmas we're not happy at all.
