Question for LBC - Hari ng Padala (Iloilo City, Iloilo - Robinsons Iloilo)

I would like to follow up my passport was release last June 23 ...I paid lbc to deliver it here in my address Cyril forcing ,,,Villarreal st.mambusao capiz....it's almost 12 days now...what happen???
