Question for Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) - Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija (P. Burgos)

Hello Maam/ Sir,
I have Some issues, i open my account on BPI Burgos Branch. my sister who works abroad transfer money on my account on June 27, 2017 up to this moment the money are there yet. I'm also in abroad so i cannot go directly to the bank to report this. Please make an action. I would be glad to hear from you as soon as possible.
