Question for Philpost - Davao City Central Post Office- Philpost Tracking

My tracking number is RR********PH sent from Binangonan Rizal to Canada, full of important document. Last update July 15th prepare dispatch to destination country. It has been 25 days, still stuck in that update. I will never trust Philpost again. Cannot reach their contact numbers!!! no replies in Emails!!! Those are very important immigration document.
