Question for Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Company, Incorporated - SM Cebu

I got one of the policy last May 2016, got back at your office few weeks after to get my money back due to financial reasons but was unsuccessful. I didnt send any payment after that, its been two years. Can I get my money back?
