Question for Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) - Vigan City, Ilocos Sur (Vigan Liberation)

May i ask the manager of bpi if when will be they give the remaining balance of money that was debited from my sister's account,i'm just concerned because that money is mine and we really need it now.,i hope for your immediate response about my concern!thank you!
