Question for Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) - Baliuag, Bulacan (BPI Express Baliuag Rizal)

Pano po kayang gagawin if yung laman ng debit card kinain? Example po sa case ko BPI debit card gamit ko then nagtry ako magwithdraw sa PSBANK after nun walang lumabas na pera nor receipt so nagtry na po ako sa mismong Bpi Atm then nklagay e insufficient funds na pero may laman po yun 100% sure. Ask ko lang po ano better na gawin? TIA.
