hi, can we complain? we had this bad experience earlier around 2pm, in your Manggahan/Santolan Branch infront of Greenpark and 711, while we were eating longganisa burger we saw this "Langaw" in the bread of the said burger. I complained, then the male crew asked me what do I want to do with it, he is acomodating but the female crew is telling me that "DI NAPO NAMIN KASALANAN YAN ANG MAY KASALANAN NYAN YUNG NAGDELIVER NG TINAPAY"

at first I was smiling but the female crew named ARLEN made me mad, I asked her kung may CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING sya dahil gusto nya na sisihin kopa ang gumagawa ng tinapay nyo, I was so disappointed, at di manlang pinalitan ang burger na may langaw, nung una nagbiro pa ako na di ko sure kung nakain nung kasama ko yung langaw, sabi ni female crew di daw nahati yung langaw kaya di nakain ng kasama ko, they wanted me to sign the logbook pero I opted to get the supervisors number which is ********, unfortunately I cant reply anymore because they replied using a Smart number i guess..

I hope to hear from you soon, Im so disappointed
