This is for jrs cebu. Why hire messengers that do not know the location? Imagine taking 3 days to deliver a simple letter from Bohol to Cebu. And now, I was not able to meet the deadline for the submission. Your office here is not that organized and the staff are not that compliant.
Please address this concern as one upset and disappointed customer can do a great damage to the business.
