Coming from a customer service myself, this is the worst service you would get from Jrooz Cebu. I sent text message considering that a mobile number was shown as their contact number. I asked about their down payment and reservation on feb 21 but they did not reply. On march 10, today, i called their mobile number and i got a text message saying that theyll call me but i got a text message instead asking when do i plan to enroll and so i asked what my options are since i have paid the down payment & missed the march 9 training due to work. I texted them several times but never got an answer. I just wish they had or whoever is in charge of that phone had the decency to reply back and they need to remember that they are dealing with professionals. I will not continue with the training and will try other review centers instead.
