This company is great when it comes to fixing your computer problems. However, they lack integrity when it comes to keeping their word. I purchased a security package for $500, which I was told covered support and a secure network. Yesterday, I was told I have a potential breach and will have to pay an additional $200 if I want protection. I shouldn't have to pay extra for something I already paid for.

Hello Brenda, are you sure you purchased it from our company. May i know what product did you purchased from our comapny pls. we do not have security products that sells under $1000. If you purchased Kaspersky then we do not sell that security product. Maybe you have mistaken us for another company. Pls remove your false/wrong review. Thank you.
