Review paying higher rate just to pick it up?!!!

the delivery called me on weekend that my parcel are already on their hands coming from Davao, i informed him that it was an office address so try to deliver it on Monday during office hrs. he refuse and told me just to pick up the parcel on their branch. I paid higher shipping fee for that parcel and then he would tell me to just picked it up? Very unsastified on your service.
