I am a plan holder mysel, and was only able to avail my plan for 2 semester. I would like also to file a refund request for my policy but I am having second thoughts. It seems to me that CAP has NEVER answered any of the questions raised to them. It makes me wonder if this site is just a sort of dummy just so CAP can say that they are doing something.
This is really saddening.
