Review LBC pavilion mall branch has the rudest customer service ever!

Their associate Roemma Obando has been known to being rude and not very accomodating. A friend of mine warned me against her. Needless to say i always pick the other associates there everytime i send out something. But this time i forgot to so i ended up transacting with her.. and true enough i was subjected to her rudeness. I asked her if i could send my parcel by COD.her reply was a straight no.. there's no way i could coz the system is down but the other associate was processing a COD.. but that Roemma Obando ignored my inquiries and proceeded. All i could do was stare and i was bullied to just follow what she wants to do..i've heard too that one time she was called at the pavilion admin's office due to a customer's complaint but she did not show up there.
