Package has not been received since its shipment from Manila 20 days ago.
Packaged has not been received. Supposedly sent / packed in Manila 20 days ago but not yet received in Cebu. Phone numbers in Cebu are either busy, not reachable, or rings but no one answers. Emails have been sent but no response. Whats happening here?
