Just yesterday,I ordered a SANA OL JOWA Combo and follow up with one(1)pc.chicken meal because of an hour waiting for the unserved pizza included from the combo.I am very disappointed with your OLD and COLD PIZZA!!And your crew/cashier and even the supervisor and the manager of your Midtown Square Branch here in Silang Cavite want us to wait for another 25mins!!For what?!! I even hear them murmuring about my concern and do nothing about it!!! What happen to your customer service??!! They don't even know how to apologize or handle complains!! Your branch manager and crews murmuring?? Really?!!!!!!
