Terrible service
Recently Conclark/ACCTN put the monthly subscription up. Over the last few months the service has been terrible!!!! Some of what I need I am able to connect to about 70% of the time, my email etc. But larger download requirements are out for days!!!!! I tried a Network Speed test, designed for Windows 10, and it tells me I am not connected, THAT IS HOW BAD THIS SERVICE IS!!!!! I have been with ACCTN since 1999 but I am now searching for a new provider.

Weak and slow Internet Connection just like i have before..
I am paying for cable and wifi connection in this company as the other company i was so disappointed also with u. Rain or Shine your connection is useless as a crap. So slow and so weak..It is not what i expected..

Worst internet provider ever!
Mabagal! Nawawala-wala. Upgraded to 5mbs pero wala. Just pure disappointment. If you’re looking for a internet provider wag na COMCLARK. Save your time and money. Everytime I call your customer service laging nag rereason out., malinpa reason minsan.

Comclark/Converge ICT/ ACCTN or what ever your name is, it is no wonder others are so confused about your name, you when you are confused about your name. You have surpassed yourself in your own level of incompetence and lack of customer service. We have been trying to move our service from one location to another for over 1 month now, not only do they not bother showing up to move their product, but they do not notify you either. After taking the time off, and losing income by going to their offices to explain what we required and complain that we did not get the service they stated, they don't bother to apologize, only say, sorry we will come tomorrow, and for the third time we have to explain, no we can not move our service on any other day of the week, only on a Monday, so we will once again be delayed by another week. It is fortunate that I already expected their poor level of service and did not order the trucks and others services turned off at the one location or we would be living without electric and water etc, simply waiting for Comclark to do their job. HOW CAN YOU PROVIDE SUCH A POOR SERVICE AND EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO BE LOYAL.
Sorry Arni, you are a great guy, but this company really needs to improve.

Comclark own Mariveles Cable in Mariveles. Starting in 2017 I gave up on there internet offered in AFAB. Its off more than on. In my home it never works either. If you call Mariveles Cable they say yes everyone is complaining no internet. Problem is they never fix it. Figured I would contact Comclark since they own this outfit. Did you ever notice on there web site under feedback formUNDER CONSTRUCTION. Face book UNDER CONSTRUCTION. This outfit does everything in its power to hide. I wonder if they notice that Mariveles Cable loses customers faster than a speeding horse. Comclark should get some people in there mariveles office who care. Thank god for PLDT & Cignal

ACCTN a.k.a. Comclark/ConvergeICT is the worst experience we have had in terms of internet subscription. We lose internet service regularly which lasts for 1-3 days, whether it rains or shines. Their customer service people don't even care about the fact that you are inconvenienced or that you are paying for something they are unable to deliver. Their explanation is always the same - technical difficulties or dropped signal in the area. The truth is that they oversell their network without spending to improve their capability to provide. They don't offer rebates on your monthly fee despite the fact that you get internet for only 2-3 days a week. If you have prepaid cable service, they don't extend your load even if you are unable to watch for 2-3 days a week. If you choose this company as your internet provider, expect to have unstable and unreliable internet service and a lot of aggravation. This company is totally uncaring when it comes to quality service or customer care.

This is without a doubt the worst ISP I've ever had the misfortune to be associated with. Up until now they were the only game in town from which to choose. Well, guess what comclark? You are DONE! PLDT is in the area now and as soon as offices open after the New Year's holiday, you are getting canned and HELLO PLDT! IT may not be much better but anything is better than the absolute garbage service you've been providing the past 4 years. With the kind of crap you peddle to people I hope it is not very long before you go out of business.... PERMANENTLY!

Maintenance service is the slowest and has no concern for clients. I had the hell of a time of ringing them so many times today. They make u feel stupid. You report that there is no signal and they tell you maybe you touched a plug or refresh it. Omg. The whole freaking street has no cable signal and yet they have guts to tell you on the phone that there is no problem with engineering mam. Omg how would they know unless they check? Who is reporting who? So what now if it happens on weekend how will they do your service? Wait til Monday? Are they gonna deduct your one whole day without signal fr your bill? The whole street has no cable signal and still nothing wrong?

Bkit po napakabagal ng internet ginagawa nyo narin po dto sa pulung maragul #4 sabi nyo bibilis na pero ang bagal parin nag bayad naman po kami ng 512kbps tapos lumalabas sa speedtest.net 200 lang mababa nga po ping kaso ang lag naman

AFTER SALES SERVICE IS REALLY VERY VERY VERY BAD....INTERNET CONNECTION THAT THEY GIVE IS WAY WAY WAY BEYOND THE ONE THAT I AM PAYING AND SUPPOSED TO GET..MABILIS LANG SILA PAG DATING SA PAGPAPADALA NG BILL..THEIR CONTACT CENTER REALLY SUCKS AS WELL, MAGHIHINTAY KA NG MATGAL SA LINYA AND LEAVE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER PERO WALANG TATAWAG SAYO....WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!!
