June 10 2021-status: for delivery. And as per your representative 5 to 7 days maiddeliver yun bagahe sa bahay. Pero till now (june 19 2021) wala pa. Any action from the management para sa mabilis na response. Pls be noted na halos lahat ng reklamo sa inyo ay not on time for delivery

This is the second time na nag padeliver ako sa Imerex. At first, ayus naman at on time ang pag deliver sa Tanay Rizal kaya nag padeliver ulit kami sa Bauan Batangas naman. Since June 09, 2021 dispatched for delivery na at ang sabi ay 3-5 days lang maidedeliver na pero hanggang ngayon wala pa.

Nag follow up ako sa Riyadh to assist me at binigay nila contact numbers sa Pinas then noong minessage na sa Pinas naka high priority na daw sabi last Sunday at ngayon daw makukuha Friday, June 18, 2021. Tapos ngayon tinawagan ulit sa Pinas for reminder at ang sabi early Wed nalang daw next week at nag ka problema sa delivery. ????????????????????????

This Cargo Company is not reliable sa commitment nila. May pa “Top Priority” pa, hindi tuloy makalabas ng ayus ang mag rerecieve sa Pinas dahil nag aabang anytime na baka dumating.

I hope mag karoon kayo ng sistema na at least mag message kayo sa recipient sa Pinas kung ano status ng pinadala namin dahil meron naman kayong number nila para hindi nauubos ang oras kakahintay lang sa wala.

Sir yung cargo ko morethan 60 days na as per tracking number nasa Sucat na nung June 2 pa pero hanggang ngayon di pa na deliver sa Biñan Laguna. Anyare?

This is my first time i sent my package to this cargo feb.24,2021 until now may 17,2021 not yet received in Catanduanes. i kept on calling in the customer service in Jeddah and Customer service in Riyadh. I found that Riyadh customer service is much more accommodating than the one here in Jeddah which is usually turning its mobile close. This only leaves a first and last impression that this shipping cargo is not that reliable to ship with. They gave me two mobile numbers of their trucking brabante which they told me that this trucking is responsible for delivering the stuff to every place including catanduanes which is my place but unfortunately my husband their told me both mobile # is incorrect. They said it will only take 60 days but in consideration of the lock-down that cause delays, but look until now its almost 90 days not yet received to think that there are essential stuff included there for my mothers medication. This will be my first and last deal with this cargo.

Last march 25 2021 pa dumating sa sucat ang box very late parin sa estimated date of arrival sa tracking. Pero hanggang ngayon april 12 2021 na di ko parin nakukuha ang box na pinadala muna KSA. Tawag ako ng tawag ang sabi lang nakaschedule na para sa delivery pero di naman masabi kelan. Flight ko sana last april 10 pero di ako natuloy gawa ng kakahintay sa box na yan. Utang na loob naman! Deliver nyo na mga pending shipment nyo. Ano to minimentain nyo ang ratings nyo na 1.0? Bwiset naman. Nakakainis na. At ngayon ring ng ring parin ang phone nyo di nyo sinasagot. Dapat sainyo ipasara na. Pinaghihirapan ng tao yang pinadala nila. Magexpire na bago pa makuha ng may ari. Walang kwentang kumpanya.

Shipment under BL / AIRWAY #: KSA******** addressed to Said Sha of Palawan has not been received to date after more than 3 months. As per latest tracking record, shipment was received by agent on January 6, 2021. Please investigate and deliver immediately.

Send to other shipping company but not here. I am their client for 11 years, they always have late delivery. You always need to follow up or go to their company in Paranaque just to get my cargo. Air or sea cargo are the same. Your wasting your money , time and emotional stress.
