KIA PASAY. I would be most surprise to receive a reply to this message. I had my 15km PMS today November 2, 2016 at KIA Pasay, for my SPortage model 2015. I salute the efforts of Customer Relations Manager Aiza. Your place is almost a 1-woman department. SUggestions to improve your customer relationship: 1) The guard guided me where to park my unit but he did not give me any priority number (like what Hyundai, Nissan service centers do. So, I did not know if i would get priority attention and when. 2) I waited in the customer lounge and nobody came for me regarding my unit even past 8 a.m. I called Aiza through the cellphone and only then was I attended to. 3) I met Rocky the Service Advisor and shared with him my other concerns (the malfunction warning light was ON constantly) apart from the 15km PMS. 4) I finally got back my unit past 12pm. Rocky was not around to explain to me what was done to my unit, what I should be careful with (if any). Nothing. YOU CAN DO BETTER!!
