KIA Phils Branding and Sales Standards/Behaviors
Raymond Omega 1st K2500 Sold Client of KIA Matina: waited over 3 days before releasing the unit as KIA Matina has no processing/releasing procedures and no KIA Matina documents for releasing the units..... NO systems in placed to do the tasks.... took 3 days to decide to Manualize all the processing..... and worst, they
followed SUZUKI procedures and processing..... KIA systems inferior to Suzuki?? They appear not ready to operate. then, WHY were they given the Dealership to
operate in Davao??? NO SHOWROOM, NO SERVICE SHOP, 2 SCs, NO admin support staff..... WHY appoint them as Dealer of KIA in DAVAO?
Only 2 Official KIA Sales Consultants, although according to a former GRM who resigned recently, a fellow manager and 3 SCs from Suzuki were forced to transfer to kia matina against their will by order of its president..... and RUSHING to hire 15 Sales Consultants now but no takers, no qualified yet..... Calling KIA Phils EXCECOM and Ayala Corp EXECOM..... Something is wrong, and its affecting the Branding and Quality Standards of KIA..... DO NOT BELIEVE. CHECK ASAP FOR YOURSELF.

Long delayed services
I went to Kia Wheels October 2018 to consult a problem of noisy part under the left front side of the chassis. Diagnosed was done and give me the details and parts that requires replacement,since the car is still under warranty the advisor told me that he would contact me once the parts are available and for schedule. Past December no communication happened. Last February I contacted the advisor and told me to bring the car February 16 for service and repair,Monday, my driver picked the car but the problem was still there and the advisor told me that the spare parts is not enough and he would again contact me for the schedule once the parts are available. Until now nothing happened. Ganyan ba talaga service ng Kia?

Poor Ratings for Sales Agent
I got my Kia picanto 2017 last oct. 11, 2017..
At first napakabilis ng action dahil nga nag aapply ako for car loan, tipong agad agad dapat makapagrelease ang agent ng unit for their own benefits syempre, ngaun may mga concerns ako, wala ng nagrereply sa mga number nila, at ung agent binukas bukas ako since november 7 sa pagshiship ng other documents ko. Sinabi pa na shoulder ko raw ang shipping fee, then upon checking ko sa company, e shoulder daw un ng company.

KIA PASAY. I would be most surprise to receive a reply to this message. I had my 15km PMS today November 2, 2016 at KIA Pasay, for my SPortage model 2015. I salute the efforts of Customer Relations Manager Aiza. Your place is almost a 1-woman department. SUggestions to improve your customer relationship: 1) The guard guided me where to park my unit but he did not give me any priority number (like what Hyundai, Nissan service centers do. So, I did not know if i would get priority attention and when. 2) I waited in the customer lounge and nobody came for me regarding my unit even past 8 a.m. I called Aiza through the cellphone and only then was I attended to. 3) I met Rocky the Service Advisor and shared with him my other concerns (the malfunction warning light was ON constantly) apart from the 15km PMS. 4) I finally got back my unit past 12pm. Rocky was not around to explain to me what was done to my unit, what I should be careful with (if any). Nothing. YOU CAN DO BETTER!!

Kia motors is unbelievably very poor in service! Our car was broken last February 24 2016 and today is May 18 2016 already, yet our car has not repaired! Because according to them the parts needed are ordered from korea and has not arrived. I am very much upset and dissappointed! Please make neccessary actions.
