Long delayed services
I went to Kia Wheels October 2018 to consult a problem of noisy part under the left front side of the chassis. Diagnosed was done and give me the details and parts that requires replacement,since the car is still under warranty the advisor told me that he would contact me once the parts are available and for schedule. Past December no communication happened. Last February I contacted the advisor and told me to bring the car February 16 for service and repair,Monday, my driver picked the car but the problem was still there and the advisor told me that the spare parts is not enough and he would again contact me for the schedule once the parts are available. Until now nothing happened. Ganyan ba talaga service ng Kia?
