Be more flexible and customer-friendly, Globe!
As SrC and PWD at time of pandemic (told to stay home), I asked my assistant to enroll me at a postpaid plan. Staff at Trinoma shop insisted my assistant to reflect only my assistant's, not my, name and cp# because Globe requires face-to-face transactions only, despite my Authorization letter and ID. When time came for paying bill, I cannot pay. My account, but not in my name? My assistant did not get instruction how the payment must be made. How can I pay my bill, without anyone going to the Trinoma shop? That was the reason why I said the account must be in my name.
