She is Certified Massage Therapist from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and newly Licensed Massage Therapist from the Department of Health (DOH). She is also a member of the Philippine Association of Licensed Massage Therapist (PALMT).

She uses a variety of advanced techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial and Soft Tissue Release to relieve pain, address movement limitations and restore function.
