Yung delivery guy nyo (Olongapo City Branch) using a white van needs more training how to deal with your customers! unprofessional n makipag text sana nga naisave ko text messages nya looking for our house to deliver my Lazada items last SEPTEMBER 2016, rude at sa attitude nya hindi sya dapat nag-tratrabaho sa well known and one of the best company nyo dahil sa attitude nya...kudos to LBC delivery guys!

Ano problema ng 2go? May package ako na hinihintay today tas pag labas ko sa kalsada nakita ako ng kapitbahay ko sabi kung ngkita dawkami nun nagdedeliver. E hindi naman pumasok pla dto yun tao.di manlang pinagtanong umalis na kaagad anong klase yan mabuti pa lbc talagang hahanapin yun taong nkapangalan sa package eh

No answer when ever you call the office and no reply on emails...
They deliver for Lazada, they send you a sms that it will be delivered that day so you have to stay home, however 2 days later its finally there

I don't know what's wrong with 2go. Somebody sent me a parcel like a month ago, I work night shift so its really hard for me to wake up during the day just to get something that was supposed to be delivered right infront of my door.. I tracked the waybill online and a day after the parcel was already with 2go, unfortunately I waited until I got off from work, then I picked up my parcel that was supposed to be delivered 5days ago from the day I visited their office.
