You are making it so hard for your client. Door to door but hard to pick up my things. Shiiittt whats the sense of us paying for door to door if you cant even deliver the item

Yung order ko from shopee, Xpost transferred sa LBC. Last March 6, 2019 pa dumating sa Lipa Delivery Hub pero anong petsa na hindi pa rin nila dinidiliver ung order ko. Bayad na pa naman yun. Baka naman may ginagawa na kaung milagro sa mga item na para sa amin kaya hindi kayo makapagdeliver sa amin.

I've tracked my no. and seen that the mail hasn't moved from LBC Lipa since March 2 (sent to LBC Mla 03/01/2019). Tried to send both email and inquiry 3x but couldn't get through despite 'reCaptcha confirmation.'

What's the use of using courier services so clients like me can receive expected docs within reasonable time frame and without being inconvenienced if LBC is no longer operating like it used to???

Ang tagal ng delivery!! Then you would post that receiver is unknown to the address...ang tagal na namin nag rereceive sa address na un, may tao din sa bahay. If you lack employees, then better do something about it! My package is taking too long, we are losing our clients! Its now the 4th day after shipping.

MY package arrived here in Lipa City February 07, 2019 and up to now February 9, 2019 the item is still in your branch.. are they planning to deliver it on February 11?

I was tracking my package sent by a friend from sta. maria bulacan. It was received in your hub since january 24- 6:50am but up to now i havent receive it. Those are cactus. Im afraid it will die if i havent received it soonest.
