Reviews of LBC - Hari ng Padala (Toledo City, Cebu)

Gigamos Naman siguro ninyo diha Ang parcel ma'am/sir mag 5days na na stuck diha kamo nalay gamit anang Sanina!. It only take not more than an hour to forward the parcel from Toledo to Balamban ano na?

dumating ang package ko last August 26 , 2020 sa branch din the following day the system said expect for delivery but until now its September 2, 2002 wala parin. ano plano nyo?

i send documents friday March 22, 2019 expected pick- up in Manila is March 25,2019. When i tracked it cannot be found i called LBC Toledo where are my documents they say they don’t know they cannot track my package and i received very poor answer. My receiver in Manila keeps on checking on where is my package the LBC in Manila cannot track it also. LBC Toledo not recommendable and have the poorest service. I made international call but i get not convincing answers????

My parcel already arrived in Toledo just yesterday July 5,2018, my last 2 parcel arrived last week and it was just delivered just NOW, NOW July 6,2018.
I personally go to Toledo Branch to pick up my last parcel, baka nakaka’abala ako sa kanila na ipa deliver sa Lutopan! But guess what? I was welcomed “di nmo pwde kwaon imung parcel dri”, like WTF?!!
so lousy, uncompetent, i am surely an unsatisfied customer!

nung march 11 pa nasainyo ung parcel sana iforward nyo naman agad hindi yung naka stock nalang jan sainyo mga bwisit.

My parcel arrived at Toledo branch last DEC 14,2 pm.til now d ko pa rin narereciv..wat kind of incompetence is dat..u shud all b looking into on how u can update ur services...

My parcel arrived in toledo byDec 5 2017 1pm. Until now even shadow of my parcel is nowhere to be seen...... mga hayp..... mag cacamping paba ang items ko jan..... you can even forward it to balamban branch for pick-ups... kasi need ko item ko bukas....kahit ako mnalang kumuha kung tinatamad kayung mag deliver...or update man lang if busy kayo.... 40min travel sa toledo kaya hassle pag pinuntahan ko pa... pero if e forward nyou po sa balamban branch I can do the liberty in picking up my package... di yung namumuti na yung mata ko sa kakahintay....ayaw pa mag reply..ayaw pa sumagot sa emails ayaw pa sumagot ng calls di ma contact... better 2go or jrs..what a shame..napaka lousy ng service

24hrs na mahigit dumating yung package sa toledo branch bakit di pa magawang maeforward sa balamban branch...sa balamban yun pipick-upin. ano ba yan..

Very very very lousy service! I will never use your services again!
