Worst pizza hut branch is located at sm manila. The crew are "dedma" to their customers. I personally served our group with water since nobody wants to pay their attention and the one at the take out counter gave us a wait sign when we called her attention and made face when i was complaining about their service. While the lady who took our additional order did not serve our order until the time we pay our bill and yet it was billed. To pay our bill, i have to go to the cashier to ask for the bill and wait there until it was available. I was also the one who brought our food to the counter for take out. I dont know if the "branch manager" was there at that time because if he or she was there.. well... i think that person is the leader of the "dedma and horrible" group. I will give that branch a minus 1 million stars!!! If you are going to enter that branch.. think twice! And mind you.. sa sobrang kapal ng mga mukha di na nahiya maglagay ng service charge e wala naman silang ginawang service. Palitan na dapat lahat ng tao dun especially the manager kasi di sya marunong magdala ng tao. I have no choice i have to rate 1 star just to send this message

This happens in Pizza hut branch near Pasig Church beside Chowking. Last Sunday, we had a Father's Day dinner with that branch. There are many people around because of the occasion at the same time it's Sunday Church day. There are many people outside the branch because of their promo. We went inside to dine in. I noticed that they are already panicking because of the many customers. It's chaotic inside! We had a hard time ordering also for the other customers. There is few staff; some of them ignore the call of the customer. We had our orders but I think the quality of the foods become low. If I didn't asked for our drinks, they will not serve it ASAP. The soup serves at the last part which should serve first and hot. There are foods in the menu that already not available but the crew didn't know. I believe that if you have good and well trained Managers, these things should not be happening or avoided. These occasions happened every year! They should review what happened at the end of the day to avoid happening it again and again. We went there also last Mother's Day but I saw it's very crowded so we end up eating in another Pizza restaurant who serves us superb and the place is not chaotic. They should pay attention to what the customer feels. This branch is the WORST that I've seen so far compare with the other branch. I hope that they make a new kind of system to eliminate this kind of situation. You will lose customer if this is not solve. As for us, we will not go back there again. The feeling was unpleasant and I hate it!

Very very poor I am currently sitting within your pizza hut center at the SM Mall and the experience is horrible. I am from the United States and out of all Pizza Huts this was the absolute worst.

I called your hotline number 911-1111 and I ordered the Mother's Day Promo 05/14/2017 around 11:35 PM and i was given a time frame of 1 hour no guarantee that it would be within the time frame and the lady i spoke with said that it could be earlier or later than 1 hour wherein i gave my phone number so that they can update me and she also had my landline phone. Now i have been waiting almost 2 hours and no one has even bothered to call or text and i don't even know already if my order was placed or not. When i tried to call your hotline number again, it was already closed. What the hell pizza hut?! what a bad customer service you have based on the comments below and nothing has improved with your customer service at all. I was planning to cancel my order but there's no one to call now and i am stuck here waiting without any communication from pizza hut delivery people! what a mess

I ordered a box (JUST A BOX) of pizza by 7pm, you said it has no guarantee due to large amount of orders tonight. You said you'll deliver it for an hour, I said it is okay but just don't make it 2 hours since buendia branch is near from our house. It has been 3 hours already but we still haven't got the pizza. And no one has the decency to offer a compensation or to offer it free already! I believe as someone who have worked in the food service industry, you should take care of your customers. I am very disappointed because this is the 2nd time already that your delivery isn't good. I hope that your management do something about this. Thank you.

Good morning, I'd like to comment on your Pizza Hut branch in Cubao at Kia Theatre. Once we entered the restaurant no crew acknowledged us, no greetings and nobody even handed us the menu. 3 service crews passed us by. The major complain that I want to point out is that they asked us to wait for the order and it was fine but unfortunately they got our order wrong. Nobody even apologized for the mistake they were also laughing, I don't know why but I guess they didn't take the matter seriously. They even had a bad comment about the other customers saying "lasing kase eh" which I found very unprofessional. I hope you improve your service. This has happened twice to us already on the same branch.

Id like to make a comment on your branch at pizzahut smbf at paraƱaque ive been to alot of pizzhut store but this is the first time that when we enter the store no one approaches us to ask or be seated by crew so we choose to sitdown and wait to be approached and ask for our order i am wondering why does it take too long when there is not too much client so i ask one of their crew where to place our order in short we made our order but then since our order are taking too long i ask for a water and the crew gave us a unpleasant look and as if were not a client why? Because i am simply wearing a slippers and shorts kindly look unto this its not how the customer look like when they enter your store let them be reminded... And i promise you that i will share this to all my food critic friends

I will celebrate my birthday for a lunch date with my family at pizza hut fairview terraces branch. When I entered to the store a trainee ask me for how many seats.. I said for 8. She fix the the area and then leave ng Hindi pa nya natapos ayusin! I asked the server for the promo menu.. She said faced-out na. Pero sa ibang branch available pa.. They we're serving ala carte. OK fine. My mom ordered pizza.. Large pan pizza.. Si server went back to us and tell me not available yung large pan pizza. Regular lang. She offered hand stretched. Ok cge fine. My brother ordered wing street. The server again went back and tell us not available any wing street . Walang deliver.. The he'll!!! Honestly NAKAKA- STRESS ANG BRANCH NA TO!!! I ask the server where is your manager? The manager named REGGIE came out.. I told him I will cancelled all my orders.. I will pay all the food na na serve na! I ask him bakit walang wing street? He said.. May umorder daw kanina.. And so? Wala daw delivery.. I said to him.. It's Saturday you should know yung trend ng store mo!! He answered me.. Na forecast naman yung order.. If you did it right bakit wala kang stocks?! Eto pa nakaka asar lalo.. Sabi ng manager (Reggie) gusto nyo man patakbo ako sa Robinson's for your order.. My goodness!!! Totally d nag isip.. Lunch time.. Hindi ka nag check.. Updates ng stocks.. Ahead of time gagawa ka ng paraan para sa stocks na ibebenta mo!! Ano paghihintayin mo kami ng family ko sa food na kukunin palang sa ibang branch!!!!

No wonder this branch has no guests.. People working here doesn't know how to smile.. How to treat the guest right..

I'd like to escalate a few concerns regarding your call center staff.
1. Mark "Joseph" Cruz (********)- apart from exhibiting bad call management (kept on giving info on unavailable items on instalment), the most bothersome part of my interaction with him was his tone - it was very condescending-it sounded as if he was talking to a 3-year old. Pizzahut management, please listen to the call - February 11, 430pm (start time). I asked for his name which he gave to me. But when I asked for his EMP# he said twice that he couldn't give it to me. So I asked for a supervisor. It took him 3 mins to get back to me only to tell me that he was just about to transfer my call, but lo and behold, I was put on hold again for close to 5 mins before the supervisor picked up. Amazing, right?
2. Lovi Dineros (supervisor)- I probed as to why agents can't give out their EMP#. Lovi initially said agents couldn't as it is personal information, but mentioned that she could give it to me since I was asking for it. When I questioned the irony of her statement, she then admitted that their agents actually COULD give their EMP# to customers, but they usually don't if they feel that they will be complained about. Don't you find that outrageous?!!

Please do something about the quality of your outsourced call center staff. They just might bring your good company down.

Hi! Good day! I'am Roma from Laguna. I'm not a valued client, nor a big person in laguna, but I hope that my concerns will be read and be address.
We arrived at one of your branches in saN pablo laguna, Pizza hut that is along rizal ave. san pablo city laguna at around 12:45pm to 1:00pm, February 2,2017. I'm with my sister and my son, we we're there to eat for our lunch. I parked my car in front of the store, not knowing that there is a new city ordinance ( according to one of your crew) that the area where I parked my car is a "no parking areA/towing area". So we eat our lunch and have a little chat, we stayed at your store for 1 hour. At around 2:00pm, we decided to leave, when we go to the car, and to my shock there is a yellow caution on the door and the left front wheel of my car is locked. I go back inside your store and ask for help, and ask why is someone locked my wheels and tied my door?!? And they tell me about the ordinance, so they tell me that there might be a number where i can contact the person incharge about the towing. So i have no choice but to contact the person and pay for the P500.00 fine, for "illegal parking".
My only concern here, is that during the time we arrive at your store nobody approach us to tell us that "mam bawal po jan", or even when we enter the store, wala man lang " mam bawal don,palipat na lang ng sasakyan" okay lang naman sa akin kung ililipat ko. I know it's not your parking area,but most of your client park in that area because your parking area is always blocked by tricycles. Yes, there is a street sign about the ordinance but you cannot recognized it immediately, well hindi po ako taga san pablo, taga liliw po ako so i'm not aware of the ordinance. Ang sa akin lang po, sana may isa man lang sa crew ninyo ang nagtanong sa mga customer sa loob kung kanino yung sasakyan sa labas, 3 table lang naman yung occupied nung oras na yun. Pangalawa, dapat po alam din ng tao ninyo yung ganong ordinansa, bago o luma man yun, lalo na may mga customer kayong pumapark din sa area na yun. Pangatlo, nung time na nagtatanong ako sa mga crew nyo, everybody ignore me, nagtitinginan lang sila and parang hindi alam kung kanino ako ipapasa para yun ang kausapin ko. Di ba meron po kayong SOP's regarding sa concerns and complaint.?!?
I not writing this para po pabayaran yung 500 na penalty ko, i hope this serve as a lesson to your people, client's appreciate a simple sympathy,that they feel that you are willing to help..But on that branch. Nothing....Sorry but thats the worst customer service i've ever experienced. there is nothing wrong in giving or extending an extra help to your clients because it is the most appreciated. Thank you.
