Senior Management Officer

Elevated from a role as Land Management Coordinator (2017-2021). Responsible for acquiring land to be utilized during the life of mine operations. Officer In Charge of the Compliance Department, leads and supervises the land management team. Proposes and allocates the budget per month and for the year. Answer and update directly to the site Resident Manager, communicating with expats and heads of all departments. Responsible for inter-departmental planning and coordination with initiated projects that include extended teams. Tasked with training, procurement of supplies, updating systems such as migration of software and oversee database of all properties. Took the initiative to become the Employee Engagement Officer to launch extra-curricular programs such as sports fests and other tournaments across departments. Represents the company for a healthy and harmonious relationship with the local communities and maintains proper coordination with local government agencies.
